Tried & Tested form of Communication

From experience, having robust communication disciplines such as regular audits and contact with a contract manager are key.

We also provide a tried and tested form of communication in the form of a daily log book left on site designed to help the customer keep in contact with cleaning operatives even when the cleaning is performed outside of normal working hours.

The Role of the Contract Manager

Contracts Managers are an integral part of the cleaning process in both new and existing contracts enabling a smooth and efficient service delivered reliably and professionally.

Part of this process is to carry out regular cleaning audits, so that any cleaning task not performed properly can be noted for any necessary improvements.

Visited by an Assigned Contracts Manager

Once a contract has been agreed, each site will be frequently visited by an assigned Contract Manager during the first few weeks.

After this period, formal audits will be carried out to make sure that the transition has gone to plan enabling fine-tuning if needed.
